The Apartment
 
  • Main entrance. Entrance is either from the front door by the main road or from the underground car park. Both routes to the apartment are either by the stairs or via a lift to the first floor.
  • Car park. This is accessed from the front of the apartment from ‘Carrer del Metge Llopis' Road. The garage door is automated via a hand control, which will be found upon entering the apartment.
  • Car parking space is number 21
  • Store room No 3. This is a lockable secure room, which is located in the basement (Car park). This is used to store the apartment's sun-loungers.
  • Apartment hallway leads into the kitchen and living room. Hallway has a video entry phone system.
  • Kitchen. Teak and marble design complimented by large double glass doors, opening onto the balcony. Dining table and chairs. Appliances include large fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic touch hotplate, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
