Entrance Foyer

Access to the building is is via the front door on Calle Metge.

The apartment is situated on the first floor. You can use either the stairs or the lift from the entrance foyer.

There is a video entry system, in case you should have visitors.

Car Parking

One secure car parking space is provided. It is situated in the basement of the building. Access is via remote control roller shutter door on Calle Metge.

From the car park, access to the apartment is via a lift.

Please note, that if you wish to use your car on a Wednesday, access to the garage is blocked by the market. Please remember to take your car out of the garage and park it well away from the surrounding roads, otherwise it may be towed away.
